Significant experience leading test for very large and complex programmes - including SAP implementations for public sector clients
Experience of leadership roles as part of a wider programme leadership team
Stakeholder management at C-suite level
Gravitas and the confidence to speak up, challenge and delivery difficult messages
Experience of operating with multi-supplier, multi-site delivery landscapes; skilled at bringing different teams together to work cohesively and collaboratively towards the end goal
Must be proactive and drive others to proactive - should be able to 'read' the landscape and understand what's needed with little intervention
