About the Role:
We are recruiting for a senior Head of Maintenance to lead the maintenance function for a major industrial facility in the maritime sector. This leadership role ensures asset reliability, drives preventative maintenance strategies, and improves operational performance across equipment and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead maintenance planning, execution, and performance management

• Develop and implement maintenance strategies, KPIs, and continuous improvement programs

• Oversee budgeting, resource planning, and contractor management

• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

• Lead, mentor, and develop a multi-disciplinary maintenance team

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Process Engineering

• 10-12 years' experience in industrial maintenance, including 5+ years in a leadership role

• Strong knowledge of CMMS systems and reliability-centered maintenance

• Proven leadership, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills
