We are conducting a confidential search for a Transfer Pricing Partner to join a prestigious, global professional services firm in Kazakhstan. This is a high-profile opportunity for an experienced leader to drive the Transfer Pricing practice and contribute to the continued growth and success of a leading firm in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the firm's Transfer Pricing practice, providing strategic advice and solutions to multinational clients.
• Deliver high-quality services in Transfer Pricing compliance, planning, documentation, and risk management, tailored to local and international tax regulations.
• Build and nurture long-lasting client relationships while offering innovative Transfer Pricing strategies aligned with their business needs.
• Take an active role in business development, contributing to the firm's strategic initiatives and thought leadership within the market.
• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of Transfer Pricing professionals, ensuring technical excellence and career growth.
• Collaborate with global teams, bringing together cross-border expertise to provide comprehensive solutions for clients across various jurisdictions.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Fluency in Russian is essential to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders in Kazakhstan and the region.
• Relevant experience in Transfer Pricing, ideally within Kazakhstan or Central Asia, with a proven track record of delivering successful client solutions.
• Deep knowledge of local Kazakh tax laws, international tax principles, and OECD guidelines on Transfer Pricing.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in managing teams, driving growth, and building client relationships.
• A degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field. Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., CPA, ACA) are an asset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence senior clients and stakeholders.
