Are you an experienced and experienced Quality professional ready to make a real impact? We're on the lookout for a driven individual to join our Quality Assurance Team in Bolton, supporting our dynamic Manufacturing Business Units.

What You'll Be Responsible For:

  • Applying expert problem-solving skills to tackle operational challenges head-on
  • Leading and supporting Kaizen events and improvement workshops, driving quick wins with cross-functional teams
  • Spotting trends and opportunities for improvement using internal and external insights
  • Promoting a culture of data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement
  • Collecting, validating, and analysing complex data sets to identify key trends and priorities
  • Mentoring and coaching teams to build sustainable improvement capabilities

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong, relevant work experience in Quality, ideally with supporting qualifications
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent experience highly desirable
  • A keen analytical mindset with proven ability to turn data into actionable insight
  • Exposure to electrical/electrical test environments is a plus
  • Confident communicator able to influence at all levels of the business
  • Excellent organisational and planning skills to juggle multiple priorities
  • A self-starter with tenacity and resilience to see tasks through to completion
