Gary leads our Pharma Manufacturing division with over 20 years of recruitment experience, including the last 13 years specialising exclusively in pharmaceutical manufacturing across the GCC, Europe, and Singapore.
He recruits across three core areas: CAPEX Engineering for greenfield and brownfield projects, Automation & Operational Technology (OT), and Validation, including Equipment, Utilities, Process, Cleaning, and Data Integrity/Computer System Validation (CSV).
Gary partners with multinational pharmaceutical manufacturers, EPCs, system integrators, and consultancies, delivering both permanent and freelance recruitment solutions for complex, business-critical projects.
